I was hoping to crack the 300 mark, but this week has been trying. I have only made time to work out twice this week and it shows. Though I'm discouraged by my weigh in, I am determined to turn this negative into a positive. This will push me to do better next week. I am proud of my progress, but want to hurry up and reach my goal and maintain that goal. I gotta keep my eye on the prize, and never give in to temptation.
