not such a well controlled day. Went to the casino, bg dropped just as we were leaving. had a Fibre1 bar. It was low again tonight and I don't want it dropping tonight so I had a loaded snack to get some extra protein to hold for the night. Some walking at the casino but hard to walk home when feeling low.
