I have a question..... Mostly for the women but men feel free to comment as well. How long did it take you to notice that you were losing weight? For either your clothes to fit better, look/feel smaller and of course that number on the scale to go down? I'm a little concerned that I'm doing something wrong. I have been eating healthy/ watching calorie, sugar and sodium intake. Staying away from everything " bad" and exercising every day and only have lost 4-5 lbs (fluctuating between those ) in 3 weeks. I'm just wondering when I might start seeing a difference bc I sure am tired and sore!!

I saw you post that you usually consume seven or 800 cal per day. That is the range with which I am consuming also. How many carbohydrates are you consuming? What is your sodium intake? Those would be the first two things I would evaluate after calories.
