I had my first appointment with Greg, my personal trainer. He is a family friend of my boyfriend's and a very nice guy. The led me through a very simple whole-body strength training work out and explained the basics of cardio and strength training. I had a great time! I'm exhausted. That's gotta be a good sign, right?
