So for the past couple of hours I've been looking online at various articles with complete exercise routines I can do here at home...I've decided to formulate a fitness plan for myself based on my needs. For example...5 days a week I will do at least 30 minutes of cardio, Mon, Wed, and Fri I'm focusing on 6 exercises centered around my "booty" and my arms...Tues and Thurs are for abs...
I'll do cardio Mon-Fri and on the weekends, I'll try to do some other things...like working in the yard...going to the park...washing the cars...if anyone else has any good ideas...feel free to leave them!
