Staying within caloric intake but sometimes too low; trying to work out carb to protein to fat ratio. I cannot do low carb diet because I manage hypoglycemia and must avoid low blood sugar episodes. I have not had an episode for the last four days (around 100 with no spikes or drops below 72).
