.....ummmm Fri Nov 6 2009: I ate a slice of veggie pizza at my favorite bakery, Karl's Bakery, in Phoenix, where I have been absent since early this year. I bought a fresh roll made for a bratwurst, which I had at home for a few days. And, took home a raspberry bismark. My first bismark in years. I ate this delicious bismark dessert about 9pm, in bed, at bedtime, with 1/2c Organic Valley [brand] organic 2% small curd cottage cheese. Supper was 3/4c of whole wheat pasta with Muir Glen [brand] organic pasta sauce with portobello mushrooms. My Sat.Nov 7 morning blood glucose before breakfast was 103, down from prior day's 118. Prior to 2 months ago, my blood glucose hovered at 125. I am 15-20 less now. Blood glucose level is important to me too. My weight was 223 Sat. I vary between 220 and 223 for past 2 months. I cannot resume exercise yet due to 2 physical issues which are on the mend. Allen
