I am back in the saddle again... Darned Fried Foods! *and my total lack of willpower* Today I will be more focused.

Yeah, that fried food. Crispy, salty and usually breaded in some fashion...will buck me off every time also. I have also realized that fried anything will bring on the inflammation ... getting really tired of feeling sick (sore) and tired!! Your right, tomorrow is another day and it will be a good one.

This is what I like about keto/paleo.... I have just discovered Chicharrones, fried pork rinds. It's like Rice Cakes but with actual flavor!

Sometimes the bad days are a blessing in disguise ;-) They can really refresh your determination and ramp up your drive even more. Today that saddle is firmly in place and you're gonna RIDE!!!

And thank God for today!! My son said love ya mom - you annoy me, but I love ya. He is a Senior in High School - and regardless of what else happens today - I am very happy. My young man is not much of a talker... probably the most he has said in a week, but those words were precious to me! Today is a FABULOUS day!

If that boy only said 3 word to you all week....he picked the best 3. Love ya mom ;-) That kinda defines your new lifestyle! Love ya healthy eating...you annoy me sometimes but I love ya.

Haha, Vickie! Yes! Wyolady, your comment on my post earlier moved me! The things we do for our sons, no matter how old they are. My son isn't much of a talker either. ;)
