R1P3 - Day #13 Yesterday I've to admit I ate very badly, yes my weight didn't change but I felt few times during the day that I was binge eating and that scared me a bit. I don't want to go back to my eating disorder never ever again, it's a dark place that I don't wish to anyone. So today I decided to do a protein day, to take a short break of all the carbohydrates I had in the past 2 days or so. B12 injection as well this morning and I also start a daily pill of Calcium & Potassium to compensate for all the liquids I drink during the day.
