Last trip to see my surgeon today. He said I am good to do everything and anything I want to do. I can eat whatever I want (careful of the carbs) but no other restrictions. I can start doing a little more exercise than walking so starting slowly. Carried my groceries home today. That was a workout in itself. Bingo tonight. I was a little slow. Probably should not have spent 2 hours walking downtown and shopping today. Tomorrow will be easier.
