seem to not be losing weight... have tried to stay to 1200 cals... must be stricter this week if nothing i'll give up as normal

Looks like it's only been 4 days (at least according to your food diary). It can take some time for our hard work to show. You could also be losing inches and the scale might not show it. We didn't put the weight on in a couple of days, it will take some time to get rid of it. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Stick with it!
