Made great choices yesterday...today feeling positive, so I will find positive results...did a cheat look at the scales this morning and found I was down 3 pounds but I am not logging the loss until Mondays weigh in. As my goal is 10 pounds a month....
today when walking on my morning break, passing the stores and looking at my profile in the windows which is not encouraging...filled me with self loath...and then I came in and log on fat secret and read comments from yesterday about being our own worst critic...which lifted my mood and made me realize this is a temporary body shape that I am in the process of remaking my image and improving my health. I am a product of my own making and it is my choice of how I want to proceed...therefore, I elect to continue on my journey for health and lesser me....
