I had to deliver paperwork to another part of the building and thought what the heck - I will check the scale... I didn't even have to close my eyes and recite the 23 psalm! Yippee Skippy! I am down and it has only been 3 days since my last weigh in. I don't own a scale at home - I threw it out back in the 90's. I planned on weighing in on Mondays to keep me honest through the weekend, but I need a pick me up and I am so glad I stopped to check in!

You are doing Great!!! :D I kinda picked Saturday for my unofficial weigh in day since I sleep in and can weigh later in the morning and I get my lowest number of the week then. ^.^ But I pretty much weigh daily...or twice a day... I'm a scale addict..

There are much worse things to be addicted to... I myself am a butter crackers and sugar addict! Just as bad for me as illegal narcotics! I keep trying to look at the cookies and sugar and crackers as rat poison, but sometimes I really want the rat poison!!! Instead I am running to my computer to log on and read everyone's comments until the feeling passes. Really FS is becoming my lifeline with the urge to indulge strikes!
