Finally!!! I actually gained 10 pounds from sept to jan but I refused to put it down it felt like admitting defeat. So I started dieting in the middle of January and exercising and I have lost the 10 pounds plus an additional 2! I got this!! Thanks to reddit keto, reading their success stories while riding my stationary bike has kept me going.
