The words are not coming for me today. I try to journal everyday as it helps me stay focus...Mom got discharged yesterday...hopefully soon our routine will start back...I did get a walk in this morning...food choices not great but not horrible.. I had 3 grandkids for the weekend...did feed them pizza which I did not eat...which is a great accomplishment for me... I did grill pork chops yesterday which were great and I had a salad...I am working on next week goal for 3 pound loss....
