Last nights class was ok... 4 min running 9 stations 4 step things for cardio push ups mt climbers bands for arms burpees w 8lb weights bringing arms in and rotate Russian twists and that rope where u lift it up and down. 40 secs on 20 off did two rotations. 40 secs on 20 sec off high knees, scissor steps, mt climbers, butt kicks one time then cool down. Today's my fast day and I'm away from home all morn-late afternoon. Got a 33.8oz water bottle. Wish me luck ;)
