Okay, so I haven't been 100% all week, but it is still encouraging to see my weight still dripping a bit! A pound or 2 a week will do in my books!
102.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
