I’m giving myself a week to finalize my decision on whether or not to go back to using this app like I once did or just delete it and move on.

@StormsGirl; I enjoy the community as well which is the main reason why I continued to stick around even after I almost completely stopped using the app for my progress, tracking etc. Hopefully I’ll regain the focus I need after my upcoming extended fast.

@RobHendershot; Thank you, I really appreciate that. I enjoy chatting with you and you being here as well. I’m not going to leave… I thought about it while I was at work last night and decided to stay. Maybe I can get back into the rhythm of things soon because I need all the motivation possible to keep myself pushing so I can finally reach my desired weight goal at least. I’ll update my weight before my upcoming extended fast and then afterwards I’ll see where the journey takes me.

I've had the app since around 2011. Even when I wasn't logging, I never deleted the app. I didn't become part of the social community until 2019. I think part of the reason I was finally successful after losing was because of the community. Stick around & take advantage of the tools at your fingertips. You can achieve your goals if you get the right mindset!

@SherryeB; I agree, the community is what keeps most of us around. I’m currently working on having the right mindset again through IF and extended fasting, which I really enjoy doing both. I’ll be sticking around and thank you!
