Still on course to get back to my low carb way of eating, by tomorrow. I just polished off my last bowl of cereal, along with a cup of hot chocolate. Later, today, I'll do the same with some crescent rolls that I doubt would have survived the freezing process, which is where I'd planned on putting them. On the menu, for tomorrow morning, before church; hard boiled eggs and applewood smoked bacon, or some breakfast sausage. Later in the day I'll be putting together a crustless quiche, which will be an alternative breakfast option during the week. I like hard boiled eggs, but variety is what will help me stay on track. And so it begins.
