I'm trying to gain some weight but can't seem to get enough calories. I still want to eat healthy foods but need more calories. Any suggestions

What are you eating now? You could try eating lots of protein, fruit, vegetables, whole grains, yogurt & other dairy.

It's hard to stay consistent with what I eat

Eat small but frequent meals with a focus on protein. Try strength training if you can it has always made me feel quite hungry and increases muscle mass with constansity and time. I think what you are aiming for is adding about to three hundred calories a day which isn't that difficult whenever you think about it. That's an extra egg to your eggy scramble in the morning, or a bit of peanut butter to your overnight oats/protein pancakes, or perhaps adding a handful of mixed nuts as a snack during the day. Just don't overthink it and log your foods so you don't forget to eat. You got this! 🤗

Olive oil, natural peanut butter, almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, walnuts. That’s a good mix you can buy or make yourself. Calories pile up with mixed nuts. Monitor intake closely. Calories can add up quick.
Are you getting 1g per lean body mass in protein? Start with that and then adjust fat and carbs to meet your total calories for the day.
