Down one pound after three full days of eating better and exercising. Nice to see the scale going in that direction.
Hubby is travelling for the week, so I'll be preparing smaller meals, which generally means healthier eating for me. Going to make spaghetti squash and meatballs for dinner tonight, and chicken with roasted potatoes for later in the week. I'll be keeping up with the smoothies for breakfast or lunch until I run out of fresh fruit. Then I may ween myself back onto yogurt & granola for breakfast.
Breakfast 1/2 cup of coffee greek yogurt & granola
Lunch leftover Greek orzo salad herbal tea
Dinner spaghetti vodka sauce beef meatballs 2 large pieces of French bread
Snack solid milk chocolate
