Ate a bit too much yesterday but we had a team-building day where we ate lunch & dinner together, so it was very decadent.

Yesterday:

Exercise
Elliptical for 20 minutes (150 calories burned)

Breakfast
detox smoothie

Snack
Skinny Cow 100-calorie candy pack

Lunch
chicken & pork tostados
cheese + salsa + lettuce
avocado crema
chocolate chipotle cupcake

Dinner
skirt steak
potato puree
bacon-wrapped dates (2)

Snack
Swedish fish candies


Today:

Exercise
none

Breakfast
detox smoothie

Brunch
cup of coffee
bellini
2 scrambled eggs + ketchup
2 slices of bacon
home fries + hot sauce

Dinner
lamb shoulder
orzo + olive oil + black olives + feta
Caesar salad
