Ground beef & Rotini ▪︎ Onion, sweet peppers, garlic, olives, tomato, broccoli ☆ I may have over eaten tonight. Measured & logged as I prepared. It made more than a bowl full. Thought I could finish it off (& did) but ended up feeling too full.

It’s so wonderful to be able to be creative with what you have on hand, and make a delicious and nutritious meal. Looks absolutely delicious to me, especially on the days I’m craving some yummy pasta. ❤️ Keep tracking those logs, the more I log the more I’m getting to develop a healthy relationship with the food I eat. :)

No real recipe. I softened the onions, peppers & garlic in a little butter with fresh basil & oregano. Added the ground beef & browned it. Added some chicken broth & water & brought to a boil. Added rotini & cooked til done. At the end I tossed in the tomato & broccoli. I added hot pepper flakes, black pepper, smoked paprika & parmesan during cooking to season.
