Feeling great. Lowest weight I've been in 17 months! Just started intermittent fasting ie fasting for 14-16 hours. Have my last meal by 6.30pm and the have post workout breakfast by 9.30-10.30am. Am going to keep this up and also start strength training. Feeling healthier than I have done in ages.
