Scalewatcher3, I can be compulsive, last year I discovered that I am limitless in the area of improvement. I am the type that can go overboard. I found there was no limit because as I progressed, I could do more. At what point would I stop? I came to my senses and let my mind, body and spirit guide me. Notice that I started at the beginner level. Even that is a challenge. My goal is to be the healthiest and happiest I can be. I have to practice control all the time. Yes, I will see results with weights, but in due time. Have an awesome day friends!
