Last trip to OPD for dressing changes. I'll be doing it myself at home now. Just about healed. Walking is still my only exercise. Tonight I have a little dog to walk with me, but she doesn't like to be out any longer than just to do her business and head back in. Oh well I'll cover the halls and the stairs when I get in from walking the dog. She won't even do the stairs with me.
So my food choices may not have been exactly the best today but I hope I chose some good things. Trying to go for more complex carbs and protein.
I did walk to the reservoir and back today in just under 30 minutes. I think the round trip could be a mile. When the ice is off the sidewalks it will be easier to make good time.
