gingerkittycat ~ protein pb is any peanut butter recipe that pumps up the protein while lowering the calories. You can find several recipes online but my favorite specifically comes from ‘The Ultimate Anabolic Cookbook’ by IFBB Pro Greg Doucette (htltsupps.com) but I think all his cookbooks include this recipe. A 1/4 cup (50g/4T) serving only has 90 calories and 14g protein. I love this stuff!
