Walked some more today with my mom... she has a heart condition, so we couldn't walk that fast, but it's progress! I had to edit it on here because the calories burned for 30 minutes of walking only shows up as 61 calories, whereas on Buddyrunner (the program I have on my phone to track running/walking more accurately) it sais that we burned 166 calories, so although we actually only walked for 33'17" minutes, the calories burned were 166.
I'm so happy that she wants to walk with me! Thank you Jesus!
