So I went for my walk this morning. I timed it, what at first (last July) was taking me 25 minutes to do today took only 15 minutes. I'm going to have to add distance. I need to get a pedometer (and remember to put it on). My daughter got some kind of fitness tracker for Christmas but she had to sync it to her iPhone. I need one that doesn't need the phone but will connect to my computer. If you know of such a beast let me know. The way my memory works it could be months before I remember to get one. The last couple of days haven't been good to my scale. I hope it shows a downward trend tomorrow morning. I am working at the curling event for the next week. Not a lot of walking but no sitting down except for lunch. It's very interesting. I really enjoy watching and helping people.
