Just went walking in the neighborhood.. I wanted to run, but my hip was in serious pain, even after taking 2 500mg tylenol extra strength.. so, on a better note, using buddyrunner on my phone to track my stats this is what I was able to do:

Elapsed time: 1:01'23"
Distance: 3.43 miles
Calories burned: 394 kcal
Ascent: 406 ft
Average Pace: 17'53" min/mile

ugh.. the part, that i'm not proud of, is.. eating cuban bread with olive oil and dipping spices... it's white bread!!! but was sooo yummy..

then I had a banana.. a nanner ( as TerBear would say), with a few grapes..
