Feet don't fail me now!! I am trying to become active once again and I am starting off slowly. However, I never realize how much effort it takes just to go on a 10-15 walk with this weight...My legs feel like lead and my feet hurt so much...so much... I had 3 15 minute walks today and more, and I feel it...I have got to get this weight off.....

I've read that for each lb you carry it creates 5 lbs of pressure on your knees, hips and back. Know that you're already reduced that pressure by 35+ lbs!! Imagine how much better it will continue to become. Great job Beau!
