Blood Glucose on wakeup, before breakfast, was 99 [10/30/09], 103[10/31/09]. Is down from August 2009 average of 125.

7 TO 8 am, BREAKFAST [same each day]: I eat 3/4c Wyman's wild blueberries, 1c ORGANIC SKIM MILK, 3/4c CHEERIOS, 3/4c FLAX PLUS CEREAL, 1 TBSP. HONEY.

11am mid-morming snack,3pm mid afternoon snack [same each day]: banana or apple, or pears in grapeseed juice with 1/2c cottage cheese

about 1pm, LUNCH:[varies-these are some]
>>almond butter (2 tbsp)'n cherry preserves 1 tbsp)on 100% whole grain wheat bread, OR,
>>refried beans with 2 scrambled eggs [jumbo organic@Trader Joe's]; OR,
>>grilled 5oz ground sirloin [10%fat]burger,roasted center cut bacon, grilled sweet onion or slice of red onion, sauteed crimini mushrooms, 3pcs sweet butter chips, tomato slice,lettuce, on lightly toasted [on grill] whole grain roll; OR, >>occasional Nathan's Beef Hot Dog on 100% whole wheat bun, Nathan's mustard, diced tomatoes, diced white onions, picalilly, dill pickle slice, celery salt; OR,
>>grilled cheese [1 oz brie/pepperjack/sharp cheddar/part skim mozzarella] with tomato slices on 100% whole wheat bread; OR,
>>egg salad with pickle relish, celery, mayonnaise with avocado oil, salt, pepper, on 100% whole wheat bread

MAIN: [1 MAIN]
Grilled wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon [6 to 7oz];
canned salmon [red or pink, wild caught Alaskan] patties;
chicken;
rib eye steak [occasional];
2 to 3 scrambled eggs, salt, pepper, 1 or 2 toast [100% whole wheat bread], buttered, 8oz skim milk.
