Ugg... Things were going well yesterday... just really tire...increased my steps....wanted to go to bed early...fell asleep around 8:30 got up at 9:30 to help get my mother to bed and hooked up to her Bipap as she has severe COPD....finally back to bed around 10:00 then hubby comes to bed...wakes me up...off to spare bed...mom gets me up at 12:30 she though it was 6:00am...got her settled down and hooked back up ...I was so upset, mainly tired...as this occurs frequently...off to the pantry I go...looking for something to eat...old standby peanut butter and chocolate chips...then regrets for eating the wrong foods.... then my 6 month old kitten wanted to play kissy face...just one good night of sleep please.....I have got to learn and have got to expect stress when being a care giver... I must remember she is sick and needs help....
