A little nervous for tomorrow I'll be going to my primary doctor's appointment for my labs I did last week. I have a tendency of snacking on things I shouldn't be eating then regret it later. I have to remember my "afternoon" weight will weigh more than morning weight. I know I'll feel discouraged if my weight in isn't exactly what I want to see.
