Onto week three, I guess, I have been really really watching what I have been eating... and we have been walking or working on (wii) everynight, unless we do other work (mowing lawn, painting fence) I have not seen my weight go down at all in the last week.. But I am feeling better and better everyday!! I guess that is good to!! I think I am starting to see the changes in the mirror as well. My DH says that he can see it too..... Maybe when I weigh in tomorrow it will be a big drop.. But if it isn't I will just have to keep plugging away...
