well no sleep and only 1500 cal yesterday I must be bloated from all the water I drank and I know not sleeping at all is probably most of this gain also weighed in 3 hrs early will reweigh in at 5am and see if it goes down.
127.4 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
