Skipped the gym today. Made it half way there, then turned around and went home. All I could think about was how to make the workout shorter. Not motivated at all today. Which is odd, since I lost weight yesterday. Maybe I just did not want to face the scale and see yesterdays loss was false. going tomorrow no matter what, and gonna work harder and longer too.
