There's been a death in my family, recently, and though I won't go into the details about that, an incident related to another family member gave me a laugh yesterday. One of my cousins is in town, along with one of my brothers and an aunt, for the funeral. They noticed that I've lost some weight, and asked me about it. I told my cousin that I've lost 25 pounds since August 6th, and he asked me how. I told him, by eating bacon and eggs, or sausage and eggs, for breakfast, along with steaks, chicken, and a bunch of veggies for other meals, he was astounded, but he's aware that I've done Atkins in the past and lost a bunch of weight doing it. I like seeing their reactions. LOL :)
