Last ten pounds - Setting a goal of drinking 2 L of water per day - this doesn't count any tea or coffee. Absolutely no pop... and switching to almond milk - just don't need the extra calories in milk - or the sugar. Obviously the alcohol thing has always been tricky for me but I am doing worlds better than I ever had before so I'm pretty proud of that. I am replacing my morning breakfast with:
1 cup of Special K and 1/2 cup of almond milk. 20 dry almonds protein shake
Good start.
