Gained a bit of weight because I stopped tracking and started overeating because things have been stressful regarding new changes in my life. I’m not letting it get me down, as I’m still under the 160 number. Today I’ll go back to tracking, while trying to remind myself that I can incorporate healthier coping mechanisms that I’ve utilized instead of eating, like journaling, reading, and creating art. <3
