The same still after a week do not go down.
So now I give up 🥲
48.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

on a positive, it didn't go up. if you are following a specific diet, sometimes you need to change it to trick you body. I tried a vegetarian diet for a week, no weight loss so changed to Mediterranean and it is working. the trick is to find what works for your body. the best of luck to you❤️
