Here I go with fatsecret! Hopeing I can keep better track of my food intake. I started the Atkins Diet 2 weeks ago and have lost 6lbs in the first week and haven't lost any since. Sorta dissapointed. But, I feel commited and am gonna stick with it. Wish I had someone to do this WOE with. Hubby won't even though he needs to. He's recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and is 330 lbs. I'm so hopeing that he will get on board with the diet when he sees the weight I've lost. Would love to talk to others on this diet.
