I seem to have entered another phase of my weight loss. The first month or so was a steady decline, as predicted. (It's why the weight loss people on TV can GUARANTEE you will loose X amount of weight in your first month) Now, I seem to be on a roller coaster, Up and Down. The trend is still down, but its kind of like the end part of most coasters at the amusement park where there lots of little hills and humps but they all go lower and lower. Let's see how long this phase lasts.
