For the past few days the scale has been stuck at 186.8lbs. I don't know why because I have been eating well, and staying pretty well hydrated. Today is finally dropped to 185.8lbs. I'm not obsessing over this because I know that when I'm eating like I am, and working out like I have been, I WILL lose fat. I even feel smaller. I just wish the scale would reflect it as well.
