Thank you; I’ve learned that my body needs recovery time as well the last several months. I’ve also learned that I can’t be perfect everyday and this journey is a process and it’s not easy. I’ve fought for every pound lost and the remaining pounds is going to get harder to loose; especially with the autoimmune disease I have, I see now that I don’t burn the calories I used too and my metabolism has slowed way down. I’m seeing the dr again Friday to let her see the numbers and see if she is going to adjust the meds I’m on further.
