I've got some rotisserie chicken in my fridge too.

Looks like Costco. I have one in fridge also. I was wondering if I could get away with it looking like fried chicken from scratch if I fried the legs and thighs just a little more and made fresh mashed potatoes and gravy? My husband is a "stickler".
