Ooh boy!... Just got done with one of my favorites! (Depending on how much you want) Equeal parts of each of softened Philly cream cheese an butter, vanilla to taste, sweetener to taste, and yummy! Chill, freeze, or eat it room temp. Can't go wrong.

I... you... say what? Hey. It sounds awesome. What are you using for a sweetener? Sounds a like a very decadent fat bomb.

Oh, man! I love the lemon cheesecake ones! I've never tried vanilla. Sounds yummy!

I'm scared to try any. It sounds like something I would eat too much of, lol!

@Northernmusician...friend of mine gave me the recipe a few years ago. Notice how I said "equal parts of each"? She used to do whole stick butter, whole package cream cheese...but she was much better at potion control than me! For me, an open pint of B&J's is an empty pint! For personal "use", I do 1 tblspn. Butter, 1 oz. Cream chez, or 2&2...you get the drift..lol

@Rckc, that was meant for you too. And as for sweetener? I use pure sucralose powder. Tiny dab'll do ya, and ZERO carbs. None of this .09 per packet crap like Splenda. Still chaps me that I found out since it's only ".09" per packet that it allows them to call it "no carb"! If you've doing LCHF, and craving something sweet, those packets can add you quick up over your carb intake
