I started back at the gym today. I haven't gone in weeks. I was set in this routine of going in the morning after I dropped the kids off at school, but then I started school in the morning, so I stopped going to the gym. I know, makes no sense lol I still have the whole afternoon to go, so I did. It felt good. I know I have a lot of work to do. I lost what I could do on the treadmill, but its ok I'll back to where I was, and in time even better.
