Overnight oats: 3/4c milk cow or plant based, 1/2c old fashioned oats (quick won’t work) 1tsp protein powder, 1tsp chia seeds. Cinnamon or sweetener to taste. Mix together in a glass jar with lid & refrigerate overnight. I add fresh blueberries, banana or strawberries in the morning. 😋
