Yesterday was kind of tough as far as food goes. I craved sugar and salt so bad! I went out with my daughter and just bummed around a few stores and I wanted buy a Coke, but I held strong and got an ice tea instead. I felt really good this morning when I got up. I've noticed that since I've been eating less. I feel lighter and not stuffed when I wake up.
